Itinerary
Day 1: Dalat / Lat Valley Retreat (Lunch/Dinner)
Upon arrival Dalat airport, meet your guide and transfer to your retreat nestled among pine forests of Lat Valley. After Lunch, participate in a guided meditation and breathing practice. Overnight.
Day 2: Lat Valley Retreat (Breakfast/Lunch/cooking class + Dinner)
Wake up early to the peaceful sounds of nature and enjoy a sunrise yoga session overlooking the valley. Embark on a mindful nature walk through pine forests and flower gardens.
Day 3: Lat Valley Retreat / Departure (Breakfast)
Visit a local organic farm where you can harvest fresh vegetables and herbs while learning about sustainable agriculture of Vietnam.
Check-out then transfer to Dalat Airport for your departure flight.
