If you did not purchase the service on WeOZ by using Member account, you need to check your booking by opening the email you used to register during the booking process. If you used the WeOZ member account to purchased the service you just need to login to to your Account then click Booking History in My Profile.

Customers can use credit cards to make payments through the payment gateways we partner with, including PayPal and Stripe.

Currently, our platform does not support combining multiple services (such as flights, tours, and accommodation) into a single booking.

Vendors cannot unilaterally pause or remove a listing once it has been booked by a customer.
If your product or service is listed but has not yet received any bookings, and you wish to temporarily pause it, please contact our Vendor Support Team at
