Booking Confirmation Your booking is confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received.

Pick-up & Drop-off Free hotel pick-up and drop-off are available in District 1, District 3, and District 4. Additional charges may apply for other locations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Policy The tour operates in all weather conditions. In case of rain, we provide rain ponchos. If extreme weather makes the tour unsafe, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements Please inform us in advance of any food allergies, vegetarian preferences, or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Safety Helmets are provided for all guests and must be worn throughout the tour. Guests are expected to follow the tour guide's safety instructions at all times.
