During the workshop, you’ll make and taste 6 signature coffees, including egg coffee, coconut coffee, salt coffee and Vietnamese coconut coffee. Using locally sourced beans and traditional brewing tools like the phin filter, you’ll learn simple techniques while exploring different flavours and aromas. 

Whether you’re a coffee lover or simply curious about local culture, this workshop offers an enjoyable way to connect with Vietnam through one of its most loved traditions.
