Overview

Embark on a journey of tranquility and cultural exploration with our meditation retreats in Vietnam. Combining breathtaking scenic wonders and rich cultural experiences, our tour offers deep meditation sessions to seek inner peace and happiness.

Unlike traditional meditation retreats that are typically designed for large sanghas to practice meditation and listen to Dharma talks, this is an immersive experience of monastic life within a pagoda.

Here, you will join in daily spiritual practices such as offering to the Buddha, sitting meditation (three sessions per day), and community work (volunteering) alongside monks, nuns, and devoted lay practitioners.

They will share with you profound Buddhist teachings and how to apply them in everyday life to bring more meaning and beauty to your journey. You will also be guided in practicing the most authentic meditation methods as taught during the Buddha’s time.

You are welcome to ask questions about monastic life or your own spiritual path, especially if you’re facing challenges or seeking clarity. You will live in a community of kind, compassionate people who embody generosity and are always willing to share the best of what they have with you.

This will be a truly unforgettable experience in your life.

The scenery of the pagoda is absolutely stunning. So authentically beautiful, it feels like a dream. The curation of the meditation practices, education about Vietnamese Buddhism and the school of Karma is excellent.

You will learn so much and gain another level of understanding about Meditation and Mindfulness. You learn the principles of Buddhism, the law of karma, how to meditate according to the correct method, qi gong, kung fu, helping others, compassion, and the simplicity of life. Everything is there to be well, happy, and appreciate every moment of life.

You are also able to talk to Monks/Nuns directly who answer all your questions patiently.

Do yourself a favor and book this retreat. It is one of the highlights of your trip.
