The WeOZ Vendor Development & Support Collaborator Program is designed to identify individuals who can help grow the WeOZ platform while strengthening our presence within the travel community.
We are looking for people who enjoy connecting with others and have an interest in working with travel Vendors, supporting them through onboarding and bringing genuine, authentic, and high-quality travel experiences across Australia and Vietnam to a global community of travellers.

Job Responsibilities
As a WeOZ Vendor Development & Support Collaborator, you will:
Discover
Identify and approach travel Vendors operating in Australia and Vietnam
Introduce
Introduce WeOZ and explain the benefits of joining the platform
Onboard
Support Vendors throughout the registration and onboarding process on WeOZ
Build Listings
Assist Vendors in uploading listings for their products and services
Publish
Follow up with Vendors until listings are reviewed, approved, and published on the platform
KPIs & Performance Requirements
Performance is evaluated based on results, not working hours:
- Each Collaborator recruits a minimum of 2 Vendors
- Each Vendor ideally uploads 10–15 listings
- A minimum total of 20 approved and published listings
- Some Vendor types (such as accommodation providers) may have fewer listings and are still acceptable
Preferred Candidates
This role is suitable for:
- Students, freelancers, travel bloggers, or remote workers
- Individuals working in the travel industry, including local guides and sales professionals
- People with a passion for travel who have networks or skills to approach Vendors
- Candidates who are proactive, responsible, and have strong communication skills
- No strict experience requirements — initiative and reliability matter most
- Those who prefer remote work with flexible schedules

Incentive Policy
Collaborators are rewarded based on verified outcomes:
- 30 AUD per successfully onboarded Vendor
(minimum of 5 approved and published listings) - 3 AUD per additional approved and published listing
- No limit on the number of Vendors or listings you can onboard
